Patient Rights

We are committed to honoring these rights fully and promptly. Requests related to patient records or privacy can be submitted in writing through our patient support team.

HIPAA Compliance Notice

Nu Health Care System is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We comply fully with the HIPAA Privacy Rule, the HIPAA Security Rule, and the HIPAA Breach Notification Rule. Our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes how we may use and disclose your protected health information, is available upon request from our patient support team.
